At the start, If we didn’t like a caregiver they were promptly replaced with another and we have now had the same 2 wonderful ladies caring for mom for 4 years. When one goes away on vacation the other covers for her. We are never asked to have a stranger care for mom. Norman and Dawn have always been very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Norman even stops in unexpectedly on occasion to see that everyone is happy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service Goldstar provides.

I have no worries about leaving my husband with them when I have to work or run errands. They know exactly how to care for people who have had a stroke and are wheelchair bound. They also focus on good nutrition and help with my insurance company. Goldstar is a great company and I recommend them.
