• We work on hourly or shift rates. We don't ever bill over-time hours - not even for holidays! (Be careful - some companies bill at time-and-a-half over 40 hours a week and time-and-a-half for holidays - including Mother's Day.)
• Discount rates for 12 and 24-hour care plans.

We are a boutique nurse registry which means we are small enough to take the time to make sure you or your loved one are matched with the perfect Aide because we take the time to get to know our clients and understand their needs. Our goal is to build a team of Caregivers that are familiar with you and understand your needs.

At Goldstar, typically we won't even interview an applicant with less than 3 years of real-life home healthcare experience. Most of our Aides have over 10 years of experience.  Each Aide is carefully vetted, including checking their references, licenses, and state and federal background checks. In addition to licensure or certification in Home Healthcare, our Aides complete additional training and recertification annually in disciplines such as Assisting patients with medications, working with Alzheimer/Dementia patients, blood-borne pathogens, and more...
